You’ll find us over at 7/B in the Pannalal Silk Mill Compound. It’s a big old place located at 78 L.B.S. Marg in Bhandup West. The compound has a lot of history, and you can see it in the walls and the old structures. Western Airconditioning & Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. has been here for quite some time. We occupy a decent space where we keep our tools and the units we are working on. L.B.S. Marg is always packed with traffic, so the noise is just part of our background now. We do a lot of repair work and assembly. The workshop floor is usually covered in copper pipes and cooling gas cylinders. It’s a busy environment. We aren't really the corporate type. Most of us are more comfortable with a wrench than a spreadsheet, though we have to do the paperwork too. The office is tucked away in a corner of the workshop. It’s where we take the calls and schedule the site visits. People know us as the local refrigeration guys. We don’t spend money on big ads. Our reputation comes from the work we do in the neighborhood and beyond. It’s a bit hot in the workshop during the summer, ironically enough, but we keep the fans going. It’s a solid, practical business where we just focus on keeping things cool for our customers.
