Caf Central Bakery

We are over here at 19 A in Saraswati Bagh, which is right in the heart of Jogeswari East. It’s one of those spots where the neighborhood is always moving. Caf Central Bakery has been part of this little corner for a while now, just doing what we do every morning. When the sun comes up, we are already inside getting things ready. The air gets thick with the smell of the ovens, and that's usually how people know we are open even before the shutters go all the way up. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular bakery where we spend our days dealing with flour and dough. Being in Saraswati Bagh means we see the same faces every day, neighbors heading to work or kids coming by. Sometimes the traffic in Jogeswari East gets a bit much, and the noise from the street drifts inside, but we don’t mind it. It’s just how things are here. We keep our space simple because there isn't much room for anything else anyway. Most of the time we are just busy cleaning up the counters or making sure the next batch is moving along. You won’t find anything flashy here, just us working in the back. The walls have a few marks, and the floor is always a bit dusty from the supplies, but it’s our spot. We just focus on the work and keep the ovens running until it's time to close up for the night.
