Our place is located at 47/5 in the Air India Colony area of Kalina. It’s over in Santa Cruz East, which is a pretty central spot for us to handle our business. We deal with a lot of shipping and moving goods in and out. Most of the day is spent on the phone or handling paperwork to make sure things get where they need to go. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and coordinate with the transport people. We've been in this part of Kalina for a bit, and we know the area well. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic around Santa Cruz, but we're used to it by now. We handle a variety of items depending on what the current trade needs are. It’s mostly just making sure the logistics work out and the cargo is moving. Sometimes there are delays with the ports or the trucks, which can be a headache, but we just deal with it as it happens. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the imports and exports are tracked correctly. People usually call us first before stopping by the colony office. It’s a practical business, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of moving products from one place to another and keeping things organized. It is just the usual routine of logistics and managing boxes.
