Our office is tucked away in the Smarth Complex over in Goregaon West. If you know the area, we are on Jawahar Nagar Road No 1. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, especially with the Ambe Mata Mandir just behind us. You can usually hear the temple bells or the general noise of the street from our windows. Kings Infomedia is where a few of us spend most of our day sitting at computers. We handle a lot of information and media stuff, which basically means a lot of emails, spreadsheets, and data. The building isn't the newest, but it works for what we do. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if the traffic on the main road is bad, which it usually is. We mostly stay inside and get the work done. There are some decent tea stalls nearby where we take turns getting snacks in the afternoon. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have any big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the desks. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we figure it out. Being in B-303 gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. It’s a lived-in space with piles of papers and old folders. We’ve been in Goregaon for years now and wouldn't really want to move. It feels like home to us. Just a regular bunch of people working in a regular office.
