Vishal Plastic Industries

Vishal Plastic Industries is located at A-21 in the Nandkishore Industrial Estate. We are near the old Paper Box company, just off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. This area is full of small factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity. You’ll see trucks loading and unloading all along the road. Our unit isn’t very big, and it’s usually filled with the smell of warm plastic and the sound of machines clicking. We have been operating from this same spot for a long time. The floor is often covered with small scraps, and we have to sweep up a few times a day. It’s a practical workspace, not a place meant for showing off. We have a small area tucked in the corner with a desk where we handle all the orders and bills. It’s usually covered in dust despite our best efforts. Most of our workers live in the nearby areas, so we have a pretty steady group of people. We don't use any fancy management styles or anything like that. We just make sure the machines are running and the orders get out the door on time. The traffic around Mahakali Caves Road can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we try to wrap things up before it gets too congested. It’s a straightforward industrial job, and we’re just one of many units doing our part in this estate.
