Fine Organic Industries Ltd

Our main office, Fine House, is tucked away on Anandji Street, just off M.G. Road in Ghatkopar East. It’s a familiar spot for those of us who have lived in Mumbai for a long time. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, and we’re a big part of that. We work on organic additives and things like that, which sounds complicated, but we try to keep things simple in how we run the place. The office feels more like a workspace than a corporate headquarters. We have people who have been with us for decades, and that really shows in how we talk to each other. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the departments, but everyone knows where they need to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy brochures. We just show the results of our work through the products we help create. There’s always a bit of a rush in the mornings when everyone arrives, and the tea guy is usually the busiest person in the building. We focus on the chemistry and the manufacturing, making sure we stay on top of the regulations. It’s honest work, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. We’re just a group of people trying to do right by our customers and our neighborhood. The street outside can get pretty cramped, but we make it work somehow.
