Waa Babay

Waa Babay is located on the first floor of Mauji Mension, specifically at shop number 39. We’re right on Elphistan Road West, which is always humming with activity. The building is one of those older structures with a lot of steep stairs, and since there’s no lift, we definitely get our exercise every single day. Being on the first floor means we can look out the window at the street below, which is usually packed with cars, rickshaws, and people rushing around. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside our shop sometimes. We have a lot of equipment and boxes packed into the room. We don't have a fancy layout or a modern designer interior. It’s just a functional place where we spend our hours doing the work. Some days it gets quite hot, especially in the late afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building. We have a couple of old fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. It’s a real place with real people doing their best. We don't use any polished scripts or marketing talk when we speak to folks. If you call us, you just get one of us on the line. Elphistan Road is a loud area, so there’s always a background hum of engines. We’ve been in this mansion for a long time. It’s got a lot of history and character.
