We’ve been running things here at Shop No. 45 in the Sagar Vihar Co-Operative Housing Society for quite a while now. It’s located right on KM Munshi Marg near Charni Road, which is a busy spot to be. Most days are spent sorting through the new stock that arrives and trying to find space for everything on the racks. The shop isn't huge, so it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of items coming in at once. We spend a good amount of time folding clothes and making sure the displays look halfway decent for anyone walking past. The housing society upstairs is full of families, so we often see the same faces every day. Charni Road is usually packed with people heading to the station, especially in the evenings when the sun starts to go down. We don't have a big team or any fancy equipment. It’s just us doing the daily work of keeping the shop open and the shelves stocked. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it by now. We usually start our morning with a cup of tea and a quick sweep of the floor before the first customers show up. It’s a simple life, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much trouble. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll see us tucked away in Sagar Vihar.
