Dipti Creation

Dipti Creation is tucked into the ground floor of the Tank Building at Shop No. 2/2-A 3/3-A. We are right on Bhuleshwar Road, which everyone knows is one of the busiest places you can be. There is always a crowd outside, and the noise of the market never really stops. Inside the shop, it is a bit different. We have rolls of cloth and different designs spread out everywhere. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the patterns and the materials we use. We are often sitting at the back working on something while customers look through the stacks of fabric. Sometimes the shop feels like a maze because we have so much stuff packed into these ground floor rooms. It’s not a polished showroom; it is more of a workspace where things actually get made. We get a lot of people coming in with their own ideas of what they want. We just listen and see what we can do with the needles and thread. The lighting in the Tank Building is a little old-fashioned, but it works for us. We’ve been part of the Bhuleshwar scene for a long time now. It’s a hectic way to spend the day, but we are used to the pace. We don't do much advertising; people mostly just find us while they are walking through the market. The mornings are a bit quieter before the whole street wakes up and the shoppers start arriving in large groups.
