Shifa Creations

Our workshop is at No. 19 in the Ajit Gupta Compound, near the Shani Mandir. We’re located in the Kala Killa area along the Sion Bandra Link Road in Sion West. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of workshops and small businesses packed together. We spend our days making things, usually working with fabrics or other materials. The sound of machines is pretty constant around here. It’s not a quiet place, but we’re used to it. The compound can be a bit tricky to navigate if you haven’t been here before, especially with all the delivery vans coming and going. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s close to the main road and easy for getting supplies in. Inside, we have our worktables and shelves full of projects we’re finishing up. There’s usually thread and scrap material on the floor by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy showroom; it’s just a place where the work gets done. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there’s a lot of activity all the time. We work long hours, especially when we have a big order to finish. It’s hot in the summer and a bit cramped, but it’s our space. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get everything out the door on time.
