You can find us at Plot No-802 in the A-Wing of the 215 Atrium building. We are located in Chakala, on the Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri East. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, and there is always a lot of energy around. The building is one of those modern office blocks with glass and elevators that sometimes take forever to arrive. Inside W. L. Gore & Associates Pacific Pvt. Ltd., it looks like most other professional spaces in this area. We have our desks, some meeting rooms with glass walls, and a small break area where the kettle is always on. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication happening. Since we are in the Atrium, it’s quite a central spot, which makes it easy for people to drop by, though the traffic on Andheri Kurla Road is a nightmare most of the time. We don't have any big posters with motivational quotes. It’s more about the specific tasks we work on every day. We spend a lot of time on emails and calls. The lighting is that bright office kind that makes you want to step outside for a bit of sun during lunch. It’s a straightforward place to work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things moving along. It is a steady environment where everyone knows their role and gets on with it.
