Regal Industries

You can find Regal Industries over at A-126 in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, right off LBS Marg. This part of Ghatkopar West is always full of activity, with trucks and workers moving around from early morning. Our unit is just one of many in the estate, but we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. Inside, the machines are usually running, and there’s a steady rhythm to the work we do. It’s an industrial space, so don’t expect anything shiny or polished. There are oil stains on the floor and plenty of metal scraps in the bins. We focus on manufacturing, and that means we spend most of our time in overalls rather than shirts and ties. LBS Marg is always jammed with traffic, which can make deliveries a bit of a headache, but we’ve learned to work around the peak hours. The team here is small, and everyone knows their job, so we don't need a lot of supervision or meetings. We just get the orders, set up the machines, and produce what’s needed. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on crates or heading to the small canteen nearby for some quick food. It’s a practical environment where the focus is strictly on the output. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local industry doing our part in a very busy manufacturing hub.
