Industrial Plastic & Bakelite Works

We are located in the Minerva Delears Industrial Estate over in Mulund West. It is a busy area with a lot of small factories and workshops all packed together. Our place is No-37-B, and you can usually hear the machines before you even get to the door. We work with plastic and Bakelite, making various parts that people need. It’s not the cleanest job; there’s always some shavings on the floor and the smell of warm plastic in the air. We spend most of our time at the workbenches or checking the molds. The lighting isn't great, just some old overhead lamps, but it works for what we do. It gets loud when everything is running at once, and we have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been in this part of LBS Marg for a long time. The commute can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic near B K Road, but we are used to it by now. We take our breaks outside on the step just to get some air and escape the noise. It’s a small team here, and we all know our roles. We don't have a front office or anything like that, just the workshop where the real work happens. It’s honest work, and we just focus on getting the pieces made right and sent out to whoever ordered them. We keep the machines maintained and the floors swept as best we can.
