Vitruvien

We've been here at Wadala Udyog Bhavan for a while now. It's an old building, but it works for what we do at Vitruvien. You have to head up to the second floor, room 215. The lift is usually busy so sometimes we just take the stairs. Naigaon Cross Road is always a bit hectic with traffic and people moving goods around. Inside our space, it’s mostly just us working on the latest batch of orders. We handle everything through Rpe Fashions Pvt. Ltd. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. It’s a place where we actually make things happen. Most days involve looking at fabrics or checking how the stitching turned out. Some people find it hard to find us the first time because of how the industrial estate is laid out. Once you get past the main gate, it's pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time here, sometimes late into the evening when there's a big shipment going out. It gets noisy outside with all the commercial activity, but we’re used to it. We keep our coffee machine running all day. Usually, it's just the sound of sewing machines and people talking about measurements. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you drop by, you’ll probably see someone carrying rolls of cloth or packing boxes. It's just a regular workplace in a busy part of town. We've got windows that look out over the road, though there isn't much of a view. It’s just how things are in this part of Mumbai.
