Our shop is at A/125 in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, right off L.B.S. Marg. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. We focus on valves. It’s a specific niche, but every factory needs them. We spend our days machining parts and assembling different types of valves for industrial use. The air here is usually filled with the sound of grinding and the smell of cooling fluid from the machines. We aren't a huge corporation; we're a private company with a dedicated team that knows their way around a blueprint. We’ve stayed in the same spot for years because it’s a good location for getting materials delivered. L.B.S. Marg is always packed with traffic, so we try to get our shipping done early. Our office is just a corner of the main floor partitioned off with some glass. It’s functional. We don't spend much on advertising because our customers usually come to us when they have a problem or need a replacement. We just try to make things that last. It’s a lot of precision work, measuring things down to the millimeter. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but that's just part of the job. We're just a group of people making parts that help other businesses run smoothly. There is always work to be done.
