Our place is at 113 in the Nalasopara area of Andheri East. It’s a bit of a confusing address for some people because they think of the other Nalasopara far away, but we are right here in the thick of Andheri. We deal with exports, so there is usually a lot of talk about shipping schedules and customs stuff going on in the office. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that because most of our work happens through phone calls and emails. The office is often full of samples and paperwork spread out over the tables. Andheri East is a hectic place to be, with the traffic and the constant construction, but it’s also where everything happens for businesses like ours. We’ve been operating from here for a while, navigating the ups and downs of the export market. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit or the internet gets slow, and we just have to wait it out. It’s just how things are. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We are just a small team making sure goods get from one place to another without too much trouble. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the logistics, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s a honest day’s work in a very busy part of the city. We usually stay late to finish the manifests before the courier comes by the end of the day.
