Yarn N Fabrics

We are located over at B-202 on Nanda Patker Road in Vile Parle East. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been operating out of this space for quite a bit. As the name says, we deal with yarn and fabrics. Our rooms are filled with bins of different colored threads and stacks of various materials. It’s not a fancy showroom with lights and mirrors. It’s more like a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time checking the feel of the fabrics and making sure the yarn doesn't have knots. My hands are always covered in lint by the end of the day. The building is a bit older, so the elevator can be moody sometimes. We usually just take the stairs. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much in terms of advertising or fancy brochures. We just talk to people and show them what we have on the shelves. Sometimes we run out of a certain color and have to wait for the next shipment, which can be annoying for everyone. It’s a small team here. We handle the orders, the packing, and the cleaning ourselves. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by just to say hello.
