Palak Clothing Co. is located at No. 3255/237 in Tagore Nagar, specifically in Group No.1. We are right across from the B M C School. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially when school lets out. Our place is basically where the sewing and sorting happens. We handle a lot of different types of clothes, mostly focusing on getting things made and out the door. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the fabric and boxes, but we make it work. We started this because we knew how to handle textiles and wanted to do something for ourselves. We aren't a big fashion house; we're more of a local operation that supplies what people need. You’ll often hear the sound of machines or people talking about thread colors. We spend a lot of time checking the stitching and making sure the sizes are right. Tagore Nagar has been our home for a long time, and we like being part of the community here. The school kids walk past every day, and it feels like a real place to work. We don't have a glossy catalog or anything. Most of our business comes from word of mouth or people seeing our sign near the school. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a decent life and we’re proud of what we do.
