This part of Mumbai is famous for fashion and media companies. We are just one of the many workshops in this industrial estate. Our space is filled with patterns, cutting tables, and stacks of fabric. It is a very busy environment. We don't have any fancy decor or a reception area. It is just a place where we design and make clothes. Mumbai is a very fast city and we are always trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the industrial estate gets a bit messy, especially when it rains, but we are used to it. We have been here at Plot C-14 for several years. We are a small team of designers and tailors. We don't have any corporate titles or big missions. We just want to make sure that the garments are made correctly and on time. It is hard work but we enjoy seeing the finished products after all the effort. The people around here are mostly other workers and business owners. It’s a real, working part of the city. We don't try to be anything else. We just do our fashion work and go home.
