Vaishnavi Courier Services is down in the basement of the Mona Shopping Centre. The address is 28 Jodhpur Cross Road in Andheri West. Being near Navrang Cinema makes it a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a basement office, so there isn't much sunlight, but it stays cool during the summer months. We have piles of parcels and envelopes waiting to go out. The space is a bit cramped with all the weighing scales and packing tape everywhere. We don't really have time to keep it looking perfect. It’s a busy place with people coming and going constantly. You can hear the noise from the shopping center above us sometimes. We’ve been working out of this basement for quite a while now. It’s a very practical location for a courier business. Andheri West is a huge area, so being centrally located near the cinema helps a lot. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just take the packages, label them, and make sure they get where they are going. There’s a small desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have a big shipment, but we clear it out by the end of the day. It’s just how we run things here. No frills, just lots of tape and boxes. We keep our logbooks on the main table for easy access.
