Huda Haj Tour Travels

We are based at Shop No 40 in the K D Shopping Centre near Mumbai Central. It’s right at the Haines Road Cross, not far from Sagar Hotel. It’s a small shop in a very busy part of the city. We spend our days helping people with their travel plans, specifically for Haj and other religious trips. It’s a lot of paperwork. Passports, visas, and tickets are all over the place. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we go over the travel details. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside on Haines Road, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big travel agency with a glossy brochure for every single country. We focus on what we know. Most of our customers come through word of mouth from family and friends. They know we’ve been here in the shopping centre for a while. We try to keep things simple and explain the steps for the journey. Sometimes the regulations change and we have to spend all day on the phone getting updates. It’s a lot of responsibility because these trips are very important to people. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a big waiting room. Just a desk and some files. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
