I am based over in Goregaon West. It is a large area, and I have lived and worked around here for quite a long time. I don't have a big office in one of those new commercial complexes. Instead, I keep things simple and work from a more modest space that suits my needs. Goregaon West is a place that is always changing, with new shops and buildings popping up every month. Despite all the growth, it still has some of the older charm if you know where to look. My workspace is basic and functional. It has everything I need to get through the day, but it wouldn't impress anyone looking for a high-end corporate environment. The desk is a bit worn out and the shelves are overflowing with folders, but that is just how I like it. I prefer to spend my time working rather than worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. The traffic in this part of town can be quite difficult, so I usually try to plan my day to avoid the worst of the rush hour. Most of the people I interact with are from the neighborhood. We keep things informal and straightforward. There are no complicated procedures or fancy meetings here. If I am around, I am usually busy with something at my desk. It is just a normal, everyday way of running things in a busy suburb.
