Asian Paints

We are over in Santacruz East at Asian Paints House on 6A Shantinagar. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this neighborhood. The area around Shantinagar is usually quite busy with people moving around and cars trying to navigate the smaller streets. The building itself is a solid structure, and we’ve been operating out of here for a long time. It’s not just an office; it’s where everything happens for us during the day. There’s a lot of coming and going, with people from different departments crossing paths in the hallways. The parking area can be a bit of a squeeze if you arrive late in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people on phones or computers. We don't really have any flashy decorations. It’s more about being functional and getting the daily tasks out of the way. Santacruz is a convenient place to be because it’s relatively central, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the monsoon. We have a canteen where most of us grab a quick bite during lunch. The windows look out over the street, so you can see the local life going by while you work. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if it feels a bit repetitive sometimes. We just focus on our own roles and keep things moving as best as we can. Every now and then the lift needs maintenance, but otherwise, it's a stable place to work.
