Vaibhavi Joshi

This is where Vaibhavi Joshi operates, out of 504 in the B Wing in Kandivali West. It's not a storefront on a main road, but a space within a residential building. We do a lot of professional consulting and paperwork from here. It’s a quiet environment compared to the shops on the street. We prefer it that way because it allows for more focus on the details of each task. There isn't a big team, just a few people working through files and answering emails. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, people call ahead before coming up to the fifth floor. We handle a variety of administrative and advisory work for local clients. We started doing this because we saw that people needed help navigating certain processes. The room is filled with folders and books. It’s a bit cramped, but everything has its place. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us through friends or neighbors in Kandivali. It’s a very personal way of working. Sometimes we work late into the evening to get through the pile of documents. Being in the B Wing of this building has been good for us. It’s a stable spot and the neighbors are friendly. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized with all the different requests we get from people around town.
