You can find USV Steels over in Chembur, in the Narmada Building on S T Road. We are up on the third floor in office 303, which is part of the Vijay Harijan CHS. It’s a typical Mumbai office building, nothing too fancy. Chembur is a busy part of the city, and being on S T Road means there is always something going on outside. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has that lived-in feel. There are files everywhere because we still like to keep physical copies of everything. We spend the day talking to suppliers and trying to keep the schedules straight. The building has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes takes its own time, but we don't mind. It’s a good location for us to manage our steel operations. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for years, so we all know how the other person works. There is a lot of back-and-forth on the phones and a fair bit of paperwork that never seems to end. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that on the walls. We just focus on the work in front of us. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way. If you’re in the area, you’ll see the sign for Narmada Building easily enough. We are just regular people doing a regular job in the middle of Mumbai.
