Prabhat Aluminium & Hardware

Our business is Prabhat Aluminium & Hardware. We are situated in Ghatkopar West at Lakhani Estate, right on LBS Marg, number 3. It’s a good location because LBS Marg is a main road, so it’s easy for trucks to find us. We mostly deal with aluminium sections and different kinds of hardware tools. The shop is usually a bit messy with boxes of screws and long pieces of aluminium leaning against the walls. We’ve been running this place for a while now. It’s a family-style setup, even if we aren't all related. We know the regulars by name and usually know what they want before they even ask. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, so we try to stay fit. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just want to make sure the counts are right and the customer gets what they paid for. The dust from the road is a bit of a problem, so we spend a lot of time dusting the shelves. We don't use any slick sales talk. If an item is in stock, it's there. If it's not, we tell you when it might come. It’s a simple way to work. We just stay here on LBS Marg and do our thing every day. Sometimes the rains make things slow, but we keep the shop open anyway.
