Ushakiron Movies Ltd is based right out of Room No. 20 in Chawl No. 18. If you know Mumbai, you know how these spaces are. It’s tight, but there’s a lot of energy. This chawl has seen a lot of years. We’ve been operating from here for a long time. It’s not a big studio with lights and cameras everywhere, but it’s where the planning happens. Mumbai 400 025 is our corner of the world. People walk past the door all day, and there’s always something going on in the hallway. We handle the movie business side of things. It involves a lot of phone calls and paperwork. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and we have to shout a little. But it’s home. Ushakiron Movies Ltd has deep roots in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a sign. You just find Chawl No. 18 and look for Room No. 20. It's simple. We like being in the middle of the city where the real life is. The address is easy once you get to the right street. Being in a chawl means you know your neighbors. We’ve been here through many rainy seasons and hot summers. It’s just us doing our thing in a small space. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the files stacked up and the tea coming. We might get a bigger place one day, but for now, this room suits us just fine.
