You can find us over in Chunabhatti, Sion, specifically on Hill Road at Mohan Nagar. Our office is C/4, and it’s a pretty busy little spot. We spend the whole day looking at documents, filling out forms, and helping people get their paperwork in order. Facilitation is really just a fancy word for making sure all the stamps and signatures are in the right places. The office has that specific smell of old paper and ink. We’ve got big stacks of files on the desks and a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The traffic on Hill Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we usually hear a lot of honking while we’re trying to work. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get things done. Most of us have lived in Mumbai for a long time, so we know how slow things can move sometimes, and we just try to push things along as best as we can. We have a small window that lets in a bit of breeze, but mostly it’s just us under the ceiling fans. We aren't doing anything glamorous, but it’s important work for the people who need it. It’s just a regular workday for us here in Sion, keeping track of all the little details that matter. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just do the job.
