Film Salon

If you head down to Naigaon-West, you’ll find us at the Beach Complex in Dias & Perara Nagar. Our shop, Film Salon, is in 04/A-2, Sea Glimpse. You can actually smell the salt in the air on some days when the wind is blowing the right way. It’s a nice change from the dusty city center. The building itself is older, and you can see the wear from the sea air on the walls. Inside, we’ve tried to make it a bit more modern, but it’s still just a local salon at heart. We have a few big mirrors and some comfortable chairs. The name Film Salon makes people think we are fancy, but we’re just regular folks who know how to use a pair of shears. We get a lot of people coming in after a day near the water, wanting to get the sand out of their hair. It’s a relaxed vibe here. We don’t rush anyone out the door. We might talk about the local news or what’s happening at the beach. It feels more like hanging out in a living room sometimes. We have some old posters on the walls that we’ve had for years. The floor is a bit uneven in the corner, but you get used to it. It’s our little corner of Naigaon, and we’re happy with it. Most of our clients are just neighbors who want a decent trim without any fuss or high prices.
