Our factory is at 13 Western Industrial Cooperative Estate, right in the heart of MIDC, SEEPZ. It is a large industrial area, so there are always thousands of people around, especially during the morning rush. Our building is one of many in the estate, and it has been our home for quite a long time. It is a proper manufacturing setup, so expect a lot of noise and a lot of people moving around. We have different sections for different parts of the garment process, and it can feel a bit like a maze if you are not used to it. We do not really do the whole fancy office thing. Our focus is entirely on the floor where the real work happens. The heat can get a bit much in the summer months, but the fans keep things moving. We have people who have been with us since the early days, and they really know their stuff. It is a busy environment with deadlines always looming over us. We do not spend time on long meetings or writing out mission statements. We just look at the production schedule and get to it. Getting to SEEPZ every day is a bit of a trek for some of us because of the traffic, but it is where the industry is. We are just one part of the big machine here, trying to do our bit and keep the quality where it needs to be every single day.
