Universal Tastemakers

We've been based here at 133 in the New Apollo Industrial Estate for a while now. It's a busy part of Andheri East, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our doors. Most of us get here pretty early to beat the worst of the traffic, though that doesn't always work out. Inside, it’s mostly just a group of people who know how to handle the flavoring side of things. We spend a lot of the day measuring out different ingredients and making sure everything smells right. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s an industrial unit, so things are practical. We have some desks tucked in the corner where the paperwork gets done, and the rest of the space is for the actual work. Usually, there’s someone drinking tea near the entrance while waiting for a delivery truck to show up. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just the same faces you see every day. Sometimes the air in here gets quite strong depending on what we are mixing up that morning. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of what needs to be shipped out. It's a lot of manual work and checking labels twice so we don't send the wrong thing to the wrong place. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task, probably a bit dusty or busy with a clipboard.
