Unitec Computer Services

You can find us at 37/A Chougule House, which is on the first floor. We are right on Nawanagar Dockyard Road, very close to the Majgaon Dockyard Road Railway Station. Because we are so near the station, we hear the trains coming and going all day. It is a rhythmic sound that we have grown used to over the years. Unitec Computer Services is a busy little office where we handle all sorts of computer issues. The building is an older style, and you have to come up the stairs to reach us. Inside, there are desks covered in hardware and tools. It is not a corporate environment; it is more like a workshop where we are always busy with a repair. We get people stopping in on their way to or from the train station. Sometimes they are in a hurry, so we have to work fast. The air is often filled with the sound of keyboards or cooling fans. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with the different tasks. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of machines waiting for parts, but we manage. Being in this part of town near the docks and the railway means there is always something happening outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines on our desks.
