Uni Garments India Private Limited

Our place is over in Safed Pool, specifically in the Dattani Plaza on Andheri Kurla Road. We are in C Wing, which is part of the East West Industrial Centre. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know the traffic is something else entirely. It takes forever to get anywhere during peak hours. Uni Garments India Private Limited has been operating out of unit 515 for some time now. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not really meant for window shopping or anything like that. It’s mostly boxes, machines, and people moving stuff around. The building itself is quite large and can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. We spend most of our time inside the office or on the floor checking the production. It’s noisy outside with the trucks and the metro work that seems to never end. Inside, we just try to get the orders sorted and out the door on time. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that because we need the space for the garments. It’s a busy spot in a very busy part of Mumbai. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we just take the stairs if we're in a hurry. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone stays busy until the end of the shift. That’s how it goes here every day for all of us.
