Ultima Search

Ultima Search is over in Goregaon West. We’re located in the Sri Krishna Commercial Centre, specifically in Udyog Nagar. It’s a bit of an industrial area, which suits us just fine. We’ve been here for a while, working on search and placement stuff. The office is a busy place with people coming in and out all day. It’s not a quiet environment, but that’s how it goes when you’re dealing with people. We have desks set up for everyone and a few small rooms for meetings. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just look at what needs to be done and try to find the right fit for the roles we’re working on. Goregaon has grown a lot, and being in Udyog Nagar puts us right in the middle of a lot of other businesses. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking through resumes. It’s a lot of reading and talking to folks to see what they’re looking for. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use our backups. We’re a straightforward bunch. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. It’s practical work and we try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone involved. Just a local business doing its part in the neighborhood. We are usually here from nine until six most days working hard.
