Tushar Health Care

Tushar Health Care is based at unit 220 in the Diamond Industrial Estate. We are right by the Western Express Highway. This sounds convenient but the traffic there is usually a complete mess. Our workspace is pretty functional and really not much to look at. We deal with health care products and supplies. Inside the unit, it is mostly just stacks of boxes and wooden crates waiting to be moved out. We have a small staff of local people. They help with the packing and all the paperwork. The building itself is an older industrial type. The walls have a few cracks and the paint is peeling in some places. We spend our days checking inventory and making sure orders go out on the trucks on time. It gets quite noisy because of the other units in the estate and the heavy highway traffic nearby. We have a small corner for making tea. That is where we sit for our breaks during the day. We don't do any big promotions or have a sales team. Most of our business comes from long-standing contacts we have known for years. It is just a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the estate grounds a bit of a swamp. We manage somehow. We just try to get the work done and stay out of trouble. It is a practical business and we like it that way.
