We have been operating out of Sneh Milan on Bhagatsingh Road for quite some time now. Vile Parle West is a busy spot, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a bit of an old building, but it works for us. Mostly, we just spend our days sitting at these desks, looking at files and answering the phone. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with all the traffic, but you get used to it. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break. Most of our neighbors are families because it’s a residential building too. Sometimes we have people dropping in without calling first, which can be a bit chaotic, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some sturdy tables and chairs that have seen better days. It’s mostly just a few of us here making sure the work gets done correctly. We don’t really do big meetings or anything formal. If something needs to be discussed, we just talk over the partitions. The internet can be slow on rainy days, which is annoying, but we manage. We’ve known the people around here for years, so it feels more like a community than just a place of work. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. That’s pretty much us.
