Transworld Exporters

Transworld Exporters is basically run out of our office in the Shalimar Building. We are on the third floor, specifically Flat No.2 at 216, Marine Drive. If you know the area, it’s quite busy with the traffic and the sea right there. We spend most of our time on the phone or handling paperwork for shipping things out. It isn’t a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a few of us making sure everything gets to where it needs to go. We deal with exporters and logistics all day long. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a handy spot to be in because it’s central. We’ve been at this for some time now. Dealing with different time zones can be a bit of a headache, especially late at night or early in the morning when we have to call people overseas. We don’t really have a showroom or anything to look at. It’s mostly desks, computers, and files everywhere. Marine Drive is nice for a walk during lunch, though. We just focus on getting the crates moved and making sure the documents are right so nothing gets stuck at the port. It’s regular office work, but it keeps us on our toes. We just try to keep things moving without too many mistakes. Hopefully, we get everything out on time each week.
