Our office is in Scn Nagar Co Operative Housing Society No 11, which is part of Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. We are at B 20/302. It is quite near the ICICI Bank, which makes it easy to give directions. The office is inside a residential building, so it has a very different feel than a commercial tower. It is a bit more personal and less cold. We have a few rooms dedicated to all the insurance work we handle. There are always stacks of folders and policy papers on almost every surface. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining different things to people. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't have any formal dress codes or corporate rituals. We just sit at our desks and get through the pile of work. Sometimes we have people from the society or the neighborhood drop by to ask questions. We just sit down with them and talk it through over some water or tea. The atmosphere is very low-key. We try to keep things as simple as possible. It’s not about being the flashiest firm, it’s just about doing the work that needs to be done. We like the local vibe of being in a housing society. It’s a practical and comfortable place to spend our working days. We just keep our heads down and handle the papers.
