We are located in the See Wood C.H.S building in Navi Mumbai. It is a housing society, so our office has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. You won't find any glass elevators or fancy lobbies here. It’s just a practical space where we sit down and talk about insurance stuff with people who come by. The humidity in Navi Mumbai can be quite something, so we usually have the ceiling fans going full blast. Our desks are usually covered in folders and policy documents because there is always so much paperwork to get through. Most of us take the train or a bus to get here, so we know the daily struggle of the Mumbai commute quite well. We aren't a big corporate headquarters. We are just a local branch where real people come to ask questions about their plans. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when several people are talking at once, but we just deal with it. We spend our lunch breaks at the small food stalls nearby. It is a straightforward job. We explain the fine print and help people figure out what they need for their families. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work and a lot of filing. We have been in this building for quite a while now and we know the other residents. It’s a good spot to be, even if it’s a bit cramped with all the metal cabinets.
