Gilson Agencies has been at 210 in the Atlas Mill Compound on Reay Road for a while now. It's a busy part of the city, and we've gotten used to the noise and the pace here. If you know Reay Road, you know it’s mostly industrial, which suits what we do. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done every day. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just keeping the orders moving and talking to people. Sometimes the traffic outside the compound is a mess, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s familiar and it works for us. It’s a small team, really. A few of us have been here since the start, and we know the neighbors well. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us through someone else they know. It’s more of a traditional way of doing business, I guess. We try to keep things simple. If there's an issue, we just fix it and move on to the next thing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, we’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s just us here, working through the pile of paperwork and making sure everything is where it needs to be by the end of the day.
