Bobby Furtado Insurance Agent here. My office is in Borivali, right near the IC Colony extension. It’s a quiet enough spot if you ignore the traffic on Holy Cross Road sometimes. I’ve been sitting at this desk in C/401 for a long time now. The walls are a bit plain, but I have my files and my computer. Most days it’s just me handling paperwork and talking on the phone. People come in with their folders, looking a bit worried about their papers, and we just sit and go through it one by one. I usually have some biscuits in the drawer if someone stays long. The building is okay, the stairs are a bit steep but there's a lift. Outside, you can see the neighborhood changing over the years. New shops come and go. I like being in the 8th Block because everyone knows each other. It feels like home even when I'm working. I don't really have a big team or anything, just a small setup. It gets a bit cluttered with all the forms and renewals, but I manage. Sometimes the internet acts up and I have to wait around. That’s when I look out the window at the trees near the road. It’s a decent way to spend the day, helping people understand what they’re signing. No big corporate stuff here, just a local office in the community. I try to get things done without too much fuss and keep my files in order.
