Started here in Andheri West quite a while ago. We are right in the Mona Shopping Centre, which is pretty easy to find once you see the ICICI Bank. Our spot is number 45 in Rupeenagar. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks going through policy papers and trying to make sense of the fine print for people who walk in. The traffic outside on the main road can be a bit much during peak hours, but inside it stays relatively quiet. We handle a lot of paperwork. Insurance can be a headache, so we just spend the morning and afternoon sorting out forms. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get by. It is a small space, not very fancy, just some chairs and files everywhere. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been in this building for some time now. We usually open up around ten and stay until the evening. If you are looking for the shop, just look for the bank and walk towards the back section of the center. It gets a little hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that does the trick. It is mostly just about keeping things organized and making sure everyone gets their documents on time. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how the systems work and where everything is stored in the cabinets.
