Our office is located at 502 Fort Bazargate Street, up on the 5th floor of Birya House. It is building number 265 in the Fort area. Fort is such an old part of Mumbai, and you can feel it in the architecture of the building. We handle insurance stuff from here. Being on the 5th floor means we have a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people and cars. The office is simple, filled with files and folders for all the different people we help. We have been here for a good while. The elevator in Birya House is one of those old ones, so sometimes we just walk up if we are in a hurry. It is a very busy street outside with all the lawyers and banks nearby. We mostly spend our time on the phone or going through paperwork. Insurance can be confusing for a lot of people, so we just sit down and go through it slowly. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don't do much advertising; people usually find us because they are in the neighborhood or heard about us from a friend. It is a bit dusty with the old windows, but it has a lot of character. We like being in the heart of the city like this. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything that happens in Fort.
