Thorwave & Bros.

Thorwave & Bros. is tucked away at 5/49 on Bora Bazar Street in the Fort area. If you know anything about Fort, you know the streets are narrow and usually packed with people and carts moving all over the place. It’s an old part of the city, and our building definitely shows its age, but it has a lot of character. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years, and it’s basically like a second home to most of us. The stairs are a bit steep and the lighting could be better, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly just general trade stuff that keeps us on our toes. There is always a lot of shouting from the street and the smell of the nearby markets coming through the windows. We don't have any fancy signage or a big glass front. It’s just Thorwave & Bros. written on a small board. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, old ledgers, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big order comes in, but we usually manage to sort it out. It’s just a typical day in a busy part of town. We like it here despite the noise and the lack of space. It’s a bit dusty but it is home. You get used to the tea guy coming by.
