Our office is at Unit No. 110 in the Unique Industrial Estate. We are situated within the Bombay Dying Compound, just off Veer Savarkar Marg in Prabhadevi. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai, and being in the compound gives us a bit of a shield from the heavy traffic on the main road. The estate itself is quite old and has a lot of character. You can see the history in the walls and the way the buildings are laid out. Inside unit 110, it’s mostly just us and a lot of paperwork related to the refrigeration and air conditioning trade. We don't have any fancy displays. It’s a place for meetings, keeping records, and talking to members. The air conditioning is usually running, which is only right given what we do. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several people are in at once, but we make it work. Prabhadevi is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from outside, but it feels like part of the city’s energy. We’ve been here for a long time and the address is familiar to anyone in our line of work. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a solid industrial unit where the real work gets done. We keep things pretty informal here. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through files or on the phone.
