Tathaastu Developers LLP is a small firm located in Dadar West, which is a very old and busy part of Mumbai. Our office is at 201, on the second floor of the Nirmal Nagar CHS. It’s on Jamshedji Road, right near Shivaji Park. If you know Mumbai, you know how iconic Shivaji Park is. We feel lucky to have a spot in such a central location. We focus on property development and building work in the city. The office is usually full of maps and plans for various sites we are looking at. Being in Dadar means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run over to a site or a government office. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. It's just a regular office in a housing society where we get our work done. The team is just a few dedicated people who have been in the building trade for years. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just take on a project and see it through to the end. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we did elsewhere. It’s a lot of coordinating with different contractors and making sure things are moving. We enjoy being part of the Dadar community. It’s a noisy, crowded, but great place to run a business like ours. We just try to do our part in building up the neighborhood.
