Lahoti Overseas Ltd.

We spend most of our time at Plot No. 307 in the Arun Chanmer building. It’s been our spot for a while now. When people think of Lahoti Overseas Ltd., they probably just see the name on the door, but it's really just a few of us here making sure things get where they need to go. Working in overseas trade isn't always easy because of the time zones. Sometimes the phone rings early in the morning, sometimes quite late at night. We deal with a lot of paperwork and logistics every day. Most days it’s just about checking lists and making sure the shipping details are all correct. It’s a busy office. There's usually someone making tea or looking for a file that went missing. The building itself is okay, nothing fancy, but it works for what we do. We’ve got some desks, some computers, and a whole lot of folders. Dealing with different countries means we have to keep track of a lot of different rules and regulations. It keeps us on our toes. We don't really have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room to each other. If someone has a question about a shipment, they just ask out loud. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. It’s just how we do things. We come in, get the work done, and go home. It’s a straightforward job, even if the logistics part gets a bit messy sometimes.
