We’ve been at Chembur 10th Road for a while now. The office is at number 438 and it’s usually quite busy with people coming in and out all day. We deal with international stuff mostly, which means a lot of calls and paperwork. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and the desks get pretty messy with all the documents we have to sort through. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular office where we try to get the work finished before the commute home gets too bad. Chembur has changed a lot since we first set up here. There used to be less traffic on 10th Road but now you have to leave early if you want a parking spot near the door. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t have those big meetings or anything, we just talk across the desks when something needs doing. Sometimes the internet acts up or the tea guy is late, but we manage. It’s just how things go when you’re running a business in this part of town. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments or talking to people in different time zones, which gets a bit confusing sometimes. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics as they come. It’s practical work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a local spot in Chembur doing international trade every day.
