We deal with stuff coming in and out, mostly. It gets busy around here, especially in the mornings when the emails from overseas start piling up. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure things get to where they’re supposed to go without too much of a headache. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get a decent cup of tea. We aren't a big fancy operation with glass walls and all that. It's mostly just desks and files and people trying to keep track of shipments. Shipping and logistics, it's not always pretty. Boxes get stuck, forms get lost, and we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to find out what happened. We've been at this a while now. The name on the door says Parcos International Pvt. Ltd., but to us, it’s just where we come every day. We don’t have a proper office address to put on the fliers right now because things are shifting around, but we’re still working. It’s hard to keep up with the rules sometimes, they change and then you have to learn a new way of doing things. It’s a job, you know? We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It’s steady. Not everyone likes the pace, but it suits us fine. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can. It's just us and the boxes. Sometimes we wonder why we chose this line of work, but then the day ends and we did what we needed to. That is enough.
