You can find us at Mittal Tower B on Rajani Patel Marg, right in the heart of Nariman Point. Being on the seventh floor of the A Wing gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with T-shirts to look out the window much. Tantra T-Shirts Private Limited has been in this part of Mumbai for quite a while. Even though Nariman Point is known for being a big business hub, our office feels more like a workshop. There are stacks of boxes and T-shirt samples everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The commute to this end of town can be a bit long for some of us, but we’ve made this space our own over the years. We don't have those fancy reception areas or mission statements printed on the glass. We just have a lot of work to do and a team that gets on with it. It’s a lot of phone calls, checking designs, and making sure the printing is going okay at the factory. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, which is a minor disaster for us, but we deal with it. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment. We’re just a bunch of regular people working in the clothing trade, trying to keep things ticking over in one of the busiest cities in the world. We just try to get the orders right and out the door on time.
